We would like to establish an interaction channel between the CG-Baker and the database through the CG-DB application.

We have here 2-way traffic, from CG-DB to database and from database to the template of CG-Baker. With this toolkit you can easily connect to database and then update the properties of assigned object automatically.

CG-Baker acts as an OLE automation server, CG-DB is an OLE client application which is able to access the working template of CG-Baker and update objects of template. This feature can be applied to real-time information display, such as stock quote, station schedule information.

Concepts of CG-DB

CG-DB supports MySQL server; a freeware, with high performance and reliability and ease of use, being the connection bridge between image objects and database storage.

With SQL server, users may remotely access data via network easily.

Varied transformation effects can be chosen for information update of canvas.

CG-DB Supports UNICODE for data, field and table of MySQL server.
